Ordering: All the designs in our portfolio can be customized with motifs, ink colors, paper and font styles to fit your personal style and special event.Whether you choose an existing design from our portfolio or a custom design, we can schedule a consultation with you to discuss your event, style and ideas. During this conversation, our goal is to get to know you. The more details you can give us the better, including photos, magazine clippings, fabrics and any other items that inspire you. To get started simply fill out the order form and email or fax it to us to receive an estimate. (Minimum order of 50).

Estimate: Once you receive your estimate, we will request that you sign and return it to us. We will then begin creating your proofs which will be emailed to you for your review and comments. On custom orders, we require a 50% deposit before we begin working on design concepts.

Proofing: Please proof your files carefully! You are responsible for checking spelling, punctuation, format, colors and all other content before you give your final approval. The Bee Paperie can not be held liable for any errors once the final proof has been approved by our customers. If you find errors in your printed pieces, we can not offer refunds and you will be responsible for the cost of reprint and reproduction.

Payment: Payment is due in full once you have approved the final proof. After we receive your payment, printing & production will begin. We accept personal checks, VISA, MasterCard, American Express & Discover

Sales Tax: 6% sales tax is charged on all orders shipped within the state of Georgia .

Shipping: You can choose UPS Ground, 2-day or Next Day Air.

Cancellation/Returns: Because our products are tailored and produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns. On custom orders, if you choose to cancel your order before you approve the final proof, you will be charged a fee of $100. If you choose to cancel your order after approval of the final proof, you will be charged the full invoice amount.

Advertising: The Bee Paperie reserves the right to use any and all products designed and produced by its staff for advertising and marketing materials, both in print and online. This includes customer testimonials and the use of customer designs as product samples, in photographs and advertisements. If you are opposed to your design being used in this way, please notify us in writing.
